We use a mix of different carriers to deliver orders but majority of deliveries in the UK will be made by DPD.
Delivery charges for most of the mainland UK are shown automatically on the basket page. Additional charges may apply for delivery to non-mainland UK or Highlands addresses

DPD Delivery instructions
DPD offer the additional facility of rearranging delivery date by email or text. On the morning that your order is due to be delivered, you should receive a text/email giving a 1hr delivery time-slot (e.g. 9:30am to 10:30am). If this time/date is not convenient, you can immediately postpone delivery to another date by replying to the message. All orders will require a signature on delivery. If you are not in when the courier calls, a card will be left and you can rearrange delivery on an alternate date.
Shipments to USA
We have negotiated competitive shipping rates to USA through our fullfilment partners and carriers. All shipments to USA are sent using a fully tracked service which is either USPS, Fedex or DHL . There would be no additional customs or duty to pay for majority of products we ship to the USA although this is not guaranteed and it is still the customer’s responsiblity to check duty and taxes for importation of our products from UK to USA.
The exact shipping rates are calculated on checkout. The shipping cost is based on product’s packaged weight and dimensions. The estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days from dispatch . We also offer DHL/Fedex express service for urgent orders. Please get in touch with our sales team to get an express shipping quote. Our express rates starts from USD 29.00 for items that weigh less than 1 kg
