Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Yes, all our products are sourced from approved distributors in the UK and Europe. We can guarantee authenticity of every product for sale on our website. All new products carry a minimum of 12 months manufacturer warranty for extra peace of mind

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Sales receipts and invoices are emailed automatically. You could also download it by signing into your online account if you have registered for an account with us at the time of checkout

Sales confirmation email is sent immediately after you have placed the order. Invoices are sent once the order is shipped

Do you offer returns?

Yes we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If you want to return an item for whatever reason, simply let us know within 14 days from the date of delivery

Items must be unused and unopened to qualify for a return.  A few things to note

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Buyers have to cover the return shipping costs

Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Yes and No . We rely on our distributors for stock. Out of stock products are usually restocked but we don't take backorders unless we have a confirmed ETA

Items gone end of life may not be restocked. Due to the volume of items in our catalogue, it could take some time for us to update the end of life status so please email sales@raysandirect.co.uk if you like to check stock status 

Why is my order not accepted?

We update the stock and price on a daily basis but there may be times when our  stock is not updated at the time of your order.

In such instances we will do our best to get an ETA. Where a lead time is not available we will cancel the order and notify you. We only charge you after we manually verify stock and price so you won't be charged until stock has been allocated
